We have three Blech styles

• Flat Blech: This is the most common flat blach available in 20 sizes 

• L Shape Blech: have a lip in front to cover the oven knobs. These are ideal for families with young children who might tinker with a lit stovetop.

• Water Blech: The water blech is made of 2 pice the pan (1-1/2" deep) (or the  pan 2-1/2" deep so there is no chance the water boil out ) to be fill up with water and than cover it with the cover and then pots on top, the grate thing about this product that food can never bern and even heat all around

Please note that ALL Shabbat Blechs are new and might have some scratches from the manufacturing and shipping process. This is something that is unavoidable.
